How do I improve my soft skills? The more I try to, the worse I get. I seem to give off the wrong first impression to everyone. People who take time to get to know me do realize that I'm nothing like their first impression of me. But its not enough. Especially when it comes to corporate world-- sometimes first impression is the only impression that one gets to make. You only have split second to make the impression and the lasting connection.
Is it something thats achievable through practice or is it an innate quality? Either way, it plays a significant role in everyone's life. Hopefully, there is still hope for me.
